Frustum Group cares about protecting your personal data, in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected through the form

When you fill in the form in the Contact section, we collect your last name, first name, email address and, if you wish, your phone number.

  • Purpose: to contact you about your request and send you our newsletter.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
  • Recipients: Frustum Group and its email service provider (Brevo). We never sell or rent your data.
  • Retention: 3 years from our last exchange, or until you unsubscribe.
  • Unsubscribe: every email contains an unsubscribe link; you can also write to contact@frustumgroup.com.

Technical providers

Sign-ups are stored and emails are sent via Brevo (Brevo SAS, France, www.brevo.com), acting as a processor. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to that provider, and uses Google Analytics (see below). The website is hosted by WebHi Technology.

Cookies and audience measurement

A technical cookie remembers the language you chose; it is not used for tracking.

The website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to measure traffic: pages viewed, visit duration, country, device type. This data is statistical and used solely to improve the website. IP addresses are anonymised. Data may be transferred outside Morocco, in particular to the European Union and the United States.

You can object to this measurement by disabling cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to have it deleted. To exercise these rights, write to contact@frustumgroup.com with proof of identity. You may also contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP): www.cndp.ma.

Klubo

Data processed in the Klubo application (players, parents, staff) belongs to each academy, which is the data controller; Frustum Group acts as a service provider. Klubo’s own terms and privacy policy are available from the application’s login page.
