What services do you offer?

How do I start a project with Frustum?

The founder personally oversees every project, with more than 25 years of experience in information systems integration.
What is Klubo?
An all-in-one ERP for football academies. It consists of Klubo Desktop for administration (finance, HR, reporting, security) and Klubo Web, a real-time portal for parents, players and coaches.
How do parents and players access Klubo Web?
Each academy has its own dedicated address (such as youracademy.klubo.ma). Users sign in with their personal account and access their area according to their role.
What setup is required?
Klubo Web runs in a browser. Klubo Desktop requires a PC with at least 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent, and Windows 10 or Windows 11.
Is my data protected?
Klubo manages access rights by role, so each user only sees what concerns them. It also includes a database backup and restore module. The terms of use and privacy policy are available from the login page.
How do I report a problem or request an improvement?
Email us at [email protected] describing the problem and, if possible, attaching a screenshot. We reply within 24 working hours.
What equipment do you offer?

Do you install the equipment on site?
